Big Problem With New Utility Portal Changes

Now the bad news. If you waited this whole time and haven't made a payment they will be giving you 30 days from today to pay your bill in full. If you don't pay it they will start sending out shut off notices. So, if you haven't paid since May, you can expect one bill consisting of June, July, August and September charges.

Considering most people live paycheck to paycheck this could put a lot of people back on their monthly finances.
