Take A Look: Pictures From The 2024 Montana Harvest👇

I'm not sure where summer disappeared off, too, but one thing is for sure: Harvest is officially underway here in the Treasure State.

What's crazy is some folks are already wrapped up with harvest!

I suppose a week of the triple digits late in the growing season will do that for you.

Although it was a hot wrap-up to the 2024 growing season, overall, the word on the street is that this year's crop is extremely varied.

Spring crops have struggled to turn decent bushel numbers, and winter wheat has relatively low protein levels.

Needless to say, with Montana, there are definitely pockets that are better or worse throughout the state.

I suppose it's not feasible to have a bumper crop each and every year haha.

Winter Wheat Harvested: 69%

Spring Wheat Harvested: 22%

Durum Wheat Harvested: 24%
