AT&T Customers Now Credited For Service Interruptions In MT
It's a little scary how reliant we have become on Internet service and cell phones.
When either one of those services fails, it throws a wrench into your whole day.
It wasn't terribly long ago that Verizon experienced a significant outage nationwide.
What's frustrating is that you are paying for a service, but when that service is unavailable, you still have to pay for it.
None of the major companies have ever offered a refund when services go down, that is until now!
Cell Phone Service Refunds
AT&T recently announced a new initiative to refund customers who experience service outages.
This is literally unheard of!
Believe it or not, AT&T is the first and only carrier to introduce a reimbursement program for wireless and fiber customers.
