When police caught up to Shanks she was parked along the 900 block of 3rd Avenue south in the opposite direction and beeping her horn.  When police pulled up on her she got out of the truck and police noticed a strong smell of alcohol.  She was then cuffed and put in the back of the patrol car.

WHAT DID SHE DO NEXT?

While shanks was in the patrol car, she managed to remove the seatbelt and pulled down her pants and proceeded to urinate on the seat and floor board of the patrol vehicle.   According to police, shanks comes with several alerts saying she likes to fight and run.  At that point,  police took her directly to the county jail where things got even  more interesting.   At the county jail Shanks started to yell and scream at the officer every time he spoke.

Shanks was also wanted on a prior warrant.  The latest charges are reckless driving, DUI, disorderly conduct and unnecessary use of a horn or warning device.
