Although it's a little cooler this week in the Treasure State, it's still hard to think about the leaves, changing colors, and fall settling in across Montana.

But one thing is for sure: when Spirit Halloween finds an abandoned building to set up shop in, you know fall is just around the corner.

I was driving by the old ShopKo location in Great Falls earlier this week and noticed the signs for Spirit Halloween were already going up.

Is it just me, or does it seem like retail shops put out holiday decorations earlier every year?

After seeing the signs on the ShopKo building advertising Spirit Halloween, I looked into when the shop is planning to open.

According to their posting on Google Business, they will open their doors sometime this month.

Unfortunately, it didn't give an exact date, but I would imagine it will be sooner rather than later.
