As we approach the season of falling leaves and changing landscapes, it's important to remember that many seniors and individuals with disabilities find it challenging to perform basic lawn care tasks.

This is where you can make a difference!

United Way is reaching out to our community, asking for your support in helping our neighbors in need.

Simple Acts of Kindness

Raking Leaves and Grass Cutting

By lending a hand with tasks such as raking leaves and grass cutting, you can significantly improve the quality of life for those who may struggle with these chores.

Who Can Help? Everyone!

Businesses, families, civic organizations, military personnel, student groups, and friends are all invited to participate.

Whether you want to form a team or volunteer individually, your contribution is valued.

Your Role in the Week of Caring

The flexibility of this event allows you to choose the day that works best for you.

United Way will coordinate with the individuals receiving the services, making it a seamless experience for all involved.

If you need tools like rakes and leaf bags, we're happy to provide them.

Don't have a team but want to make a difference individually?

No problem!

We will organize individual volunteers into teams on Friday, November 3.
