There's Some New Businesses Building And Opening In Great Falls

This past year, we've seen some construction going on in Great Falls. Yes, plenty of tire shops and casinos, but other new businesses as well.

We've all been watching the construction of Texas Roadhouse, Panera Bread and Pomodoro, and there are some other businesses opening and even an old favorite closing.

It's time to see what's new in the Electric City.

Businesses Opening Soon In Great Falls, Montana

• Pomodoro: Across from Target in the old Mrs. Wright's Pasty's building at 1008 20th Street South, will sell all kinds of pasta dishes. Check them out on their Facebook page. Opening November 15, 2025 at 11:30am
• Boot Barn: Rumor has it Boot Barn is interested in opening a store in the old new JoAnn's space in the Holiday Village Mall. Perusing their website, this looks to be an upscale western wear store. According to The Electric, Boot Barn has not confirmed their interest in moving here.
• Texas Roadhouse: This can't open soon enough, in my opinion. Not only have we heard rumors about it for what feels like decades in Great Falls the bigger the roadhouse gets, the harder I'm craving those Texas Roadhouse rolls and Roadkill. According to the Texas Roadhouse website, it will FINALLY open on February 9, 2026
• Build-A-Buddy: Now open in Times Square on Central Avenue
• Panera Bread: I can't find out when they open. (They REALLY need to open soon. They are blocking my preferred way to work.)

• Herman's Flowers: Closed their doors forever on November 9, 2025.
