These 9 Items Are Being Recalled For Urgent Safety Issues

I am as guilty as anyone of probably shopping too much on Amazon and not enough locally.

Well, perhaps the latest round of safety recalls from items sold on Amazon will push me into doing business in town instead of online.

Amazon Does Not Want To Warn You Of Recalls

Finding out what recalls are being made on products sold on Amazon used to be a headache.

That's why when the Consumer Product Safety Commission sued Amazon for not letting customers know what recalls were being issued, Amazon created their recall page in 2023.

Now they've decided they shouldn't be responsible, saying that the CPSC was an “unconstitutionally structured agency," as they filed a lawsuit against the CPSC on March 14th, 2025, according to ABC News.

Recalls Are Still On The Website, For Now

While the lawsuit is being handled in court, Amazon, as of right now, is still keeping the recall page up and active here.

We'll just have to wait and see if Amazon's claim that they are a "third-party logistics provider" will convince the court that they aren't responsible for any legal action when it comes to recalls.

In the meantime, if you've been shopping online and have purchased anything recently from Amazon, scroll through the list of recalls happening here in Montana and keep safe.
