When it comes to talking about population growth and the changing landscape of Montana, Bozeman is usually the town people point to as the example of what is now wrong with our state.

While Bozeman has seen its population grow A LOT, it is still not the fastest-growing town under the Big Sky.

Kalispell was the fastest-growing city a couple of years back, but now a new town has claimed the top spot.

What Montana City Is The Fastest Growing City?

The website HomeSnacks uses what they call "Saturday Night Science" to come up with the 10 fastest-growing towns in Montana.

They looked at the population of any town that had over 5,000 residents in 2010, and then they looked at that town's population today.

So while some towns may have added more people during that time, their growth percentage was lower, meaning they were NOT the fastest-growing town in Montana.
