Montana Ford Drivers Take Your Vehicle To The Dealer Immediately
Lately, it seems we're always hearing about a new recall or safety issue in the news.
Hopefully Montana residents pay attention to those warnings and take the proper actions. It turns out hundreds of thousands didn't listen to Ford about a problem with their vehicles.

Ford First Issued A Warning Back In 2015
Almost 10 years ago is when this issue was first brought to light and Ford attempted to get the situation fixed for their consumers.
The issue was and still is that the airbags in certain vehicles produced by Ford are faulty and could result in metal shrapnel should the airbag explode.
You would think that would worry people enough to get it fixed; however, Ford has said there are still 374,300 vehicle in America who have not gotten this problem fixed yet, and as such, they have issued a DO-NOT-DRIVE order.

What Ford Vehicles Are Affected By This Issue?
Not every vehicle under the Ford brand has an issue with these faulty Takata airbags, but if you drive one of the following, you should get your vehicle into a dealership sooner rather than later.
Driver and passenger airbag inflators in:
- 2004-2006 Ford Ranger trucks
- 2005-2014 Ford Mustang vehicles
- 2005-2006 Ford GT vehicles
And passenger airbag inflators in:
- 2006-2012 Ford Fusion, Mercury Milan, Lincoln MKZ / Zephyr vehicles
- 2007-2010 Ford Edge and Lincoln MKX vehicles
- 2007-2011 Ford Ranger trucks
Ford says they have attempted over 121 million communications with owners about this recall and will continue to do so.
