Doug Greene, owner of Signature Properties, a property-buying company based out of Philadelphia, has come up with 3 states that he says you should look to buy real estate in as soon as possible.
He says North Carolina is his best choice, while his third choice is Texas. That means his second choice is Montana. So what is it about the Treasure State that he finds so appealing?
The Reason Why Montana Is A Hot Buy For Property
It should surprise no one that one of the big reasons Doug said to buy property in Montana is all our recreational activities in the great outdoors.
However, it's the following quote that should ruffle a few residents feathers:

The last thing Montana needs is less housing for current residents and more for tourists.
He also adds that thanks to our lower taxes, your dollar goes further in Montana than in other states or major cities.
I truly believe Montana residents don't mind people moving to our beautiful state, but when someone who doesn't live here tells everyone else to move here, well, I don't think I'm alone when I say that guy can kick rocks.
