Farmers’ Almanac Promising Montana To See A Massive Blizzard
Farmers’ Almanac Warns Montana A Massive Blizzard Is Coming
I never used to put much stock into weather predictions when I was younger, mostly because they never seemed to come true.
As I've gotten older, it seems to me that the Farmers' Almanac actually has done a pretty decent job at weather prediction; this time, however, they are pinpointing the exact time Montana will be seeing a massive blizzard.

How Correct Is The Farmers' Almanac?
Farmers' Almanac claims to be about 80 to 85% correct on their weather predictions, though some experts say that is closer to 50%.
Still, I think that is better than some meteorologists that I see on TV predicting the weather, and they are only guessing the weather a day or two out, while the Farmers' Almanac is predicting it months, to a full year out.
Overall, they say Montana should see average snowfall this winter along with cold temperatures, but there is also a chance we'll see a big snowstorm that we should prepare for in the new year.
Will This Blizzard Actually Happen?
Farmers' Almanac claims that in the first part of February we could see almost 12 inches dump over the Bitterroot Mountains and the western half of Montana.
Honestly, it doesn't seem like that big of a leap that we'd get snow in February, but I'm going to mark my calendar and check back as we get closer to see just how correct they are.
