Every year people from all over Montana and the surrounding areas come to Great Falls to take part in the Montana State Fair.
This year was another great success, full of concerts, rodeos, fair rides, and food, and we've got the numbers to prove it.

Record-breaking revenue at the Montana State Fair
2 million dollars—that is how much total revenue the Montana ExpoPark has revealed they made for the 2025 Montana State Fair.
This is the highest amount of money earned since the fair reopened in 2021 after being shut down in 2020 due to COVID-19.
It's not just total revenue either, as almost every metric used to track the number of people attending the annual fair was trending upwards.

Here are some more numbers provided by the Montana ExpoPark:
- Total Gate Attendance: 74,404
- Fair Gate Admission Revenue: $474,314
- Food Vendor Gross Sales: $923,547
- Thomas Carnival Gross Sales: $969,258
- Total Fair Revenue: $2,016,683 – the highest in fair history
All in all it was a very big year for the fair, and Susan Shannon, the Montana ExpoPark director, had this to say about this year's fair:
“We’re thrilled with the turnout and support we received this year. The energy was incredible. From competitive exhibits and thrilling rides, to include a roller coaster, to favorite fair flavors, nonstop live entertainment, and BINGO in the park, it brought our community together for one of the largest summer traditions and unforgettable celebrations."
