Yes, Montana Does Have A Crime Problem
It's impossible for us to say that the statistics are all wrong and there is no crime in Montana.
The truth is, there is violent crime happening all over the state, and sadly, we're outpacing the national average.
The DeMayo Law Office conducted this most recent study using data provided by the FBI, which looked at all the violent crimes that happened over a 5-year period.
In Montana, we averaged almost 1,000 violent crimes per 100,000 people.
Sadly, there is no one solution to fixing this problem, but as I said at the beginning of this article, if we don't address the problem and admit there is one, we can't find the solution.
