Montana’s Best Music Venue Should Come As No Surprise
What Is Montana's Best Music Venue?
There is just something electric about live music. If you've never been to a concert with thousands of screaming fans, or even a few hundred, it's hard to explain the feeling it brings you.
Montana might not be the first place bands think of when planning their tours, but thanks to one music venue, the perception of Montana being a musical wasteland is changing.
The Landscape Is Changing When It Comes To Live Music In Montana
While there have always been places to see live music, it's usually been acts that were 30 years past their prime or an act that still hadn't broken through to the mainstream.
These days there are more and more festivals and music venues popping up in Montana, and music lovers are reaping the benefits.
Places like The Wilma in Missoula, The Elm in Bozeman, The Newberry in Great Falls, or The Pub Station in Billings are all great places to see live music, but one website said a different venue all together stands head and shoulders above the rest.

For 7 Years, This Venue Has Been The Place To See Live Music
The travel blog Love Exploring looked at reviews on Yelp, Google, and TripAdvisor to determine the best music venue in each state, and when it came to Montana, is anyone really surprised they said the KettleHouse Amplitheather is the best place to see live music under the Big Sky?
Situated by the Blackfoot River and surrounded by mountains, it’s tough to imagine a more beautiful setting than that of KettleHouse Amphitheater. Next to the KettleHouse Brewing Company, the striking outdoor venue can pack in up to 4,250 people across stadium seating, a standing pit and lawn area.
While the KettleHouses 2024 season might be over, the first announced act for 2025 is none other than "Weird Al" Yankovic.
