We are a ways off from the class of 2024 graduating from either high school or college, but it's not to soon to be thinking about where you'd like to begin your career.

Thankfully, when it comes to the Treasure State we've got a couple of great places for those graduates to start their respective careers.

According to Wallet Hub, now is one of the best times to enter into the job market in America.

In 2023 employers hired 14.7% more graduates than they did in 2022; and with the employee shortage still going strong that number should hold for 2024 graduates.

That is great news for those about to enter the workforce for the first time, as they can be a little bit picky about where they settle down.

What Two Montana Towns Are The Best For Starting A Career?

The website Wallet Hub has named two Montana cities as the best place to start your careers, but how did they arrive at their conclusion?

Here's how they determined their rankings:

...WalletHub compared the relative market strength and overall livability of more than 180 U.S. cities to help recent college graduates find the best cradles for their budding careers. We examined each city based on 26 key metrics that range from the availability of entry-level jobs to monthly average starting salary to housing affordability.
