I have been driving for over 30 years now, having gotten my drivers license in South Dakota at the age of 14.
It's not something I like to think about, but I know I'm getting older, and that means not being as sharp as I was when I first got my license, and that's why I looked into if Montana had any laws regarding an age in which people could no longer drive.
What I found was pretty surprising, not just for the state of Montana but for every state in America.
What Are The Laws Surrounding The Elderly Driving In Montana?
I was shocked that not one state in America had a maximum age limit when it came to driving.
Some states don't have any rules in place at all, according to the World Population Review website; Montana, on the other hand, does have some rules in place.
Your drivers license is valid for 12 years in Montana UNTIL you turn 75. It's at that point in your life that you will have to renew your license every 4 years, and you'll also need to take a vision test every other year.
