Death is inevitable, from the moment we are born there is only one thing that we can be certain of, and that is that death comes for us all.
There are however, different ways of dying and today we'll be taking a look at the top 10 causes of death in Montana.
These stats are coming to us from the CDC, and one thing I noticed was there isn't much of a difference between the states.
There are a few notable exceptions for a cause of death when it comes to rank that we'll talk about in the gallery below.
For the most part though, Montana residents are succumbing to the same types of death that most Americans are in the other 49 states.

How Montana Ranks Against Other States For Cause Of Death
As we list each cause of death we'll also be looking at where Montana ranks in America for that cause.
While a cause of death might be #7 in Montana, we could actually be pretty high or low compared to other states.
Now these top 10 rankings are not going to include infant mortality rate, drug overdose death rate, firearm injury death rate or homicide rate.
