Dillon, Montana Man The Latest To Be Charged For Jan. 6th Riot
The Latest Montana Resident Charged With Insurrection Involvement
Over 3 years since his involvement of the Capitol breach on Jan 6th a Dillon, Montana man has been charged with his participation in the riot.
This comes just days after Patrick O'Brien from Great Falls, Montana was also charged with parading, demonstrating, or picketing in the Capitol Building.
Henry Phillip “Hank” Muntzer of Dillion was found guilty on February 7th of obstruction of an official proceeding and civil disorder.
Both of those charges are felonies.
He was also found guilty of misdemeanor charges of entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly conduct in a Capitol building, and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building.

Sentencing For Hank Will Be In June
In an interview with MTN News last month he told them he had no regrets about his involvement, saying:
I do not regret being there. I would absolutely want to be there again, that’s how monumental that day was. I mean, it was the greatest time, I believe, to be alive.
With Muntzer being charged that now makes six Montana residents who have been charged with their involvement in the riot on January 6th.
- Elmer Stuart Rhodes received 18 years jail time
- Isaac Steve Sturgeon received 6 years jail time
- Jerod Wade Hughes received 3 years 10 months jail time
- Joshua Calvin Hughes received 3 years 2 months jail time
- Patrick William O’Brien received 3 years probation
