Well according to them there are 5 big reasons why you shouldn't sleep with your fan on, which are as follows:

1. It can trigger allergens and asthma
2. It can make you congested
3. It can give you dry eyes and cause irritation
4. It can cause coughing fits in the night
5. It can cause a stiff neck or sore muscles

That last reason really piqued my interest, and they go on to say this about it:
