Median Home Prices In Montana
Much has been discussed when it comes to housing in Montana in recent months.

When it comes to Montana the median price for a home under the Big Sky right now is $454,414 according to Zillow.
That's quite a eye popping number and probably not the price you would hope or want to pay for a "starter home" as a first time buyer.
Thankfully there is a bit of good news to that number, it's actually a decrease from a year ago.
A 1.7% decrease over the past year year to be exact, which could mean prices *MIGHT* become more attainable for first time buyers in the future.
