You are right, and I agree with you, there is no such thing as a bad day in Montana.

But if there was one day that Montana could be just a teeny tiny bit better, it would be today.

What is today?

July 11th.

Or better yet, 7-11, which means;

Free Slurpee Day!

7-ElevenAmerica

It's genius marketing and it's surprising that it took them until 2008 to make that connection.

Sadly, there are no 7-Elevens located in the state of Montana.

That means no free Slurpees for us here in Montana.

Well, I guess if you wanted to drive almost 6 hours you could get a Free Slurpee.

Yep, the closest 7-Eleven to us in Montana is located in Post Falls, ID.

I'll be honest, I've never even had a Slurpee.

I've had an Icee before, and plenty of slushies in my day, but never a Slurpee.

You know what, I bet they aren't all that special even.

Plus if I want something cold to cool off this summer I'll just go and get a milk shake at one of the many places here in town.
