What Makes A Destination Feel Hidden or Rare
That’s kind of the idea behind a list put together by Stacker and Atlas Obscura, where they highlight each state’s most hidden destination.
They looked at how many people say they “want to visit” a place and compared it to how many people have actually "been there".

But one of the earliest visitors to the area back in the late 1800s had this to say about it:
“As fantastically beautiful a place as I have ever seen.”
