As any long time resident of Montana will tell you winters in this state can be brutal and are not for the faint of heart.

There is however a silver lining to those cold winter nights, and that's snuggling up next to someone you love.

To me, a perfect winter night in Montana is turning the lights down low, grabbing a blanket, making some tea or hot chocolate and spending time with the person you love.

It doesn't matter if it's 20 below outside, as long as it's warm and cozy inside I am a happy person.

Thankfully in Montana we've got two small towns that are just begging you to spend some time there and get cozy.
